How many square feet does a diffuser cover?
Typically, a diffuser can cover up to 4000 square feet depending on ceiling height and air circulation.
Do diffusers come with a warranty?
Our diffusers are guaranteed for a period of 12 months following the date of purchase. If you are renting a diffuser, it is guaranteed for the duration of the rental period, provided that it is properly maintained.
Is it possible to move the diffuser after installation (for example, from a home to a chalet)?
Yes. However, it is important you remove the cartridge from the diffuser before moving it.
Can I use multiple diffusers in the same space?
Absolutely, provided the diffusers are kept at a certain distance from each other to avoid mixing odours.
Can I put multiple cartridges in the same diffuser?
Only one cartridge at a time can be inserted into a diffuser. However, you can easily vary fragrances by swapping cartridges.
Is my Aromaestro diffuser compatible with my iPhone or Android device?
Absolutely! You can easily manage your diffuser through the connection with your mobile phone.
I am having problems with my diffuser; how can I get help?
First, we recommend you consult our troubleshooting guide. If you still require assistance after doing so, log in to your client zone, select the GUIDES & SUPPORT section and then click SUPPORT to send us a support request. We will contact you as soon as possible.
I am expecting not to use my diffuser for several months. What is the storage procedure?
Aromaestro recommends you remove the cartridge, put the cartridge cap back in place, then unplug the diffuser and store it in its original box at room temperature, away from light.
How long does a cartridge last?
It depends on the number of hours per week you use your diffuser and the intensity you have selected. For a business open 40 hours a week, a cartridge will last around three months if the diffuser’s intensity is set to medium.
Do cartridges have an expiration date?
We guarantee the diffusion quality of our cartridges for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. However, the 12 month period is not considered an expiration date, but an indication for optimal diffusion results.To preserve your cartridges, we recommend you leave the cap in place and store the cartridges upright at room temperature, away from light.
What are the fragrance ingredients, and is there a risk to my health?
The raw materials we use are approved by the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and the RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials). They are made from natural ingredients that are not harmful to your health.
Are cartridges reusable?
No. Once a cartridge is empty, it should be recycled.
Can a person be allergic to an odour?
No. Aromatic products contain no allergens. However, if, for example, a person has an allergy to grass and the smell is similar, the person might have a reaction. Olfactory memory can cause an equivalent sensitivity.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can log in to your client zone and select ORDER HISTORY from the ORDER section, then click on the order you wish to track.
Why has the status of my order remained at “to be processed” for several days?
No need to worry. If your order is still “to be processed,” it means that it is pending preparation or that it will be shipped out shortly. You will receive a confirmation email at that time. We thank you for your patience.
When I track my order, there is no tracking number available, or the tracking field does not show any information. Why is that?
We provide tracking numbers only once we have shipped orders. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for a tracking link to update on a shipping company’s website. We thank you for your patience.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact Aromaestro as soon as possible at 1 450 508 8200 for any changes to your order.
Can I try a fragrance before ordering?
Of course! You can order vaporizer format samples from the ORDER section of your client zone. Try our various olfactory fragrances before ordering your next cartridge!
How can I order cartridges?
You must have access to your client zone to place an order for cartridges. Once you have logged in to your client zone, click the ORDER tab and proceed with your order.
What should I do if my order is damaged or an item is missing?
Aromaestro wishes to provide the best customer experience possible when you order our products. Unfortunately, glitches can occur from time to time, but we’re here to help. Contact us by telephone at 1 450 508 8200 or through our “Contact us” form.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment by credit card.
Do you ship orders worldwide?
Yes. However, if you are outside our delivery zone, you must use your own shipping company for your order.

If I am not completely satisfied with my diffuser for some reason, do you offer a full refund?
Within 30 days following your purchase, we offer a refund if the condition of the diffuser is found to be impeccable (15% of the value of the diffuser is non-refundable to cover restocking costs). Please note that you must cover the shipping costs for returning the diffuser to our offices.
If I don’t like the smell of a cartridge I have received and it is only slightly used, can I return it
We do not accept returns of any used cartridges. However, as a form of compensation, if it is still within the 30 days of your order, we can offer you the shipping costs free of charge. We suggest that you order samples before ordering cartridges to be sure you like the fragrance you choose.
