Availability and delivery delays

You can check product availability directly on our website. In fact, you can simply click on the product, and a message will pop up to let you know if it is in stock. Similarly, if a product is unavailable, a message will inform you right away.

Most items are in stock and ready to be shipped. The shipping process begins as soon as the items on order are located and payment is approved. If your items are available, they should be shipped within 48 hours (during working days).


To better meet your expectations, we use several delivery services according to your specific needs.

Upon receipt of your order

Immediately after receiving your order, inspect the parcel to detect any damage that might have been done during transport. Please inspect both the package and its content carefully. Some wear and tear on the packaging is normal. If the contents are damaged, however:

To return merchandise, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service at  450-508-8400 from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, or via our online formto obtain your return authorization.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include a copy of every relevant document pertaining to your order.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all documentation, parts and accessories, in order to obtain full credit.

For your own protection, we recommend that you purchase insurance for the return.

You have ten (10) days from the date of delivery to return the parcel for a refund. We only assume the return delivery fees if the merchandise is being returned because of factory defects or a shipping mistake on Aromaestro’s part.
