Delivery Policy
Order Processing
At Aromaestro, we are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days after payment receipt and validation. We do our best to ship your products quickly so you can enjoy them without delay.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Canada (all provinces). Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, size of the package, and your delivery address. Fees are clearly displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow your package in real time.
In-Store Pickup
Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? That’s possible!
You can choose the In-Store Pickup option during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Issues
If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed, please contact our customer service at https://aromaestro.com/contact-en or by phone at (450) 508-8200. We will take the necessary steps to quickly resolve the issue.
You have ten (10) days from the delivery date to return the package. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on Aromaestro’s part.
