In the event that non-personal information is combined with personal information, the resulting information is considered to be personal information as long as the information remains combined.

Service providers

Aromaestro discloses personal information to companies that provide various services, such as data processing, order management, product delivery, management and improvement of customer data, customer service, measuring your interest in our products and services, customer satisfaction surveys and research among customers. These companies may be located anywhere that Aromaestro carries out its business activities and they are obliged to protect your information.

Your information is used to ensure the proper functioning of our services and diffusers and your customer experience and may be supplied to or used by the following organizations:

Under certain circumstances, Aromaestro may be obliged to divulge your personal information (legal obligation, legal procedure, dispute, request filed by regulators or government bodies of your country of residence or another country). Aromaestro takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Your personal information is stored by Aromaestro in limited-access IT systems located in installations where physical security measures are in place. An SSL Security Certificate protects information that is exchanged on our website, which includes information displayed and exchanged during online payments.

Integrity and storage of your personal information

Aromaestro makes it easy for you to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We retain your personal information for the time required for use as indicated in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is necessary or required by law. We retain marketing data for 3 years and billing-related information for 6 years.

The Website is operated from the Aromaestro offices in the Province of Quebec.

1.3 Trademarks and other rights

Logos and trademarks used on the Website are properties of Aromaestro. Nothing on the Website can be construed as allowing, directly or indirectly, the use of one of the Aromaestro trademarks without prior written consent from the company.

2. Conditions of sale

2.1 Pricing

All prices for our products are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are not included.

Aromaestro reserves the right to change the prices of products offered on the Website at any time, without notice.

3. Security

3.1 Data security

Credit card payments are completely secure. The whole transaction is encrypted and sent to an authentication server according to SSL (« Secure Socket Layers ») protocol, which makes data exchange highly secure.

However, there is no such thing as a perfectly secure system and you should be aware that you are always at some level of risk that personal information transmitted to Aromaestro may be disclosed without fault on the part of Aromaestro and without your consent. Aromaestro declines all responsibility regarding forwarded confidential information, except in case of negligence on the part of Aromaestro.

4. Product warranty

Diffusers sold are guaranteed for one (1) year.

Warranty is void if the warranty tag is removed or altered.
