Guest rooms
Smoke, damp, pets, the previous guest. This is the first minute of the stay, and it is what guests describe when they write a review.
Smoke, damp or stale air registers before anything else in a room. Our anti-odour formulas act on the molecules that carry it, rather than laying a fragrance over top. The room goes back into inventory, and what stays in the air is subtle.
How does it work?
The molecules that carry the odour are captured from the air of the room, the corridor or the change room.
Our anti-odour formulas act on those molecules rather than laying a fragrance over top.
A subtle trace of the fragrance you choose stays in the air, discreet enough that no guest reads it as an air freshener.
The sensitive zones of a hotel
Guest rooms
Smoke, damp, pets, the previous guest. This is the first minute of the stay, and it is what guests describe when they write a review.
Corridors and stairwells
Air moves poorly and odour from the rooms collects. Guests walk through it before they reach their own door.
Lobby and front desk
First impressions are as much nose as eye. A lobby that smells closed in is noticed before the decor.
Pool and spa
Chlorine, humidity, change rooms. The odour is constant and reaches the corridors next door.
Laundry and service rooms
Damp linen, cleaning products, carts. These rooms carry strong odour and open onto guest areas.
Waste rooms and receiving dock
Kitchen, compost, bins. The odour works back toward the service areas, and sometimes up to the guest floors.
Anti-odour range
Continuous and scheduled. Paired with anti-odour refills, our diffusers hold a corridor, a lobby or a full floor with no one having to step in. Settings are adjusted remotely from the app.
For a room being turned over. Housekeeping applies it directly to the textile, the mattress or whatever is carrying the odour. Fast and targeted.
Mists
Compact, and discreet in the hand. Floor staff keep one on the cart for a touch-up between passes. The bottle sits just as well in guest bathrooms as in the common areas.
Comparison
Every method has its use. The difference shows when the hotel never closes.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on how old the odour is and on what absorbed it: textiles, mattress, curtains, carpet. The anti-odour spray acts on the treated surface as soon as it is applied, and the diffuser takes over to hold the air afterward. Our team assesses the room before recommending a combination.
Yes, and without changing what floor staff do. Floor staff put the spray and the mist on the cart and use them during the room clean. The diffuser needs no one, it follows the schedule it was given.
Not for the diffusers. They follow the schedule set remotely and let you know when the fragrance level drops, before they run dry. The spray and the mist stay occasional, used when a room calls for them.
The AroPro Wi-Fi Diffuser covers up to 5,000 sq. ft. and the Connected HVAC Diffuser up to 3,000 sq. ft. A guest corridor, a lobby and a service area are each better served by their own unit than by one larger one. Our team assesses your property at no charge.
Our fragrances meet IFRA standards, which cap each ingredient. That does not guarantee how any one person will react. Because settings are remote, you can lower or stop the intensity in one area without sending anyone up.
Our team comes on site and installs without closing the areas being treated. HVAC diffusers connect to your existing ventilation; wall units are surface-mounted. Everything is then managed remotely from the app.
Our team assesses your guest rooms and common areas, then tells you what to put where.
