Description

The Connected diffuser scents your business or home, up to 3,000 sq ft, by waterless nebulization.

Programmable by Wi-Fi through our app, it mounts on a wall or sits on a surface. You adjust the schedule and intensity, and you get an alert when the refill is running low. Access is limited to authorized users.

Buy or Rent a Diffuser: Which Option Is Best for You? Your choice depends on your needs and budget. The main difference lies in device ownership and financial commitment.

Purchase
When you buy a diffuser, you become its owner. You can use it freely as long as it remains functional. The initial investment is higher, but you're no longer tied to any commitment. The device comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. After that, any repairs or replacements are at your expense.

Rental
Renting offers a flexible solution with no significant upfront costs. You pay a monthly fee to use the device, which remains the property of the provider. Coverage is included for the entire rental period. A $300 security deposit per diffuser is required, refundable at the end of the contract or upon request within 24 months of payment.

  • No-Commitment Rental
    Opt for a monthly rental with no long-term commitment at a slightly higher rate. Ideal for testing the device before making a long-term decision. This option is only available with single-purchase refills. No subscription is offered.

  • Committed Rental (36 months)
    This plan allows you to rent at a lower monthly rate for 36 months. An optional refill subscription is available, offering a stable price even if production costs rise.

Purchase During Rental
You can buy the diffuser at any time during your rental period. We'll deduct 50% of the rental payments you've already made from the current retail price. The warranty remains valid for 12 months from the start of the initial rental.

Refill supply options

Manual
You will receive an email alert when your refill level reaches 10%. Click the link in the email to order a new refill. Shipping not included.

Automatic
When the refill level reaches 10%, a new refill will be sent automatically. Payment will be processed at the current rate using your registered payment method. Shipping not included

36-Month Subscription
Refills will be sent automatically according to your subscription plan as soon as the level reaches 10%. Delivery is included at no additional cost. If the number of refills included in your subscription is reached before the end of the year, you can:
  • Purchase additional refills up until your subscription renewal date.
  • Contact us to adjust your subscription to meet your needs for the full year.
Your subscription guarantees a fixed monthly rate for the entire duration of your commitment, even in the event of increases in raw material or labor costs. Delivery is also included at no extra charge.

Note : Your diffuser must be connected to a Wi-Fi network for the refill supply system to function properly.

Rental terms

Duration

The initial duration of this contract is 30 days and begins from the activation of the diffuser. The rental may be terminated upon receipt of the diffuser by AROMAESTRO or the authorized distributor. The CLIENT agrees to return the functional diffuser at their own expense.

Terms of use

The CLIENT agrees and accepts that any diffuser in their possession is and will remain at all times the property of AROMAESTRO or the authorized distributor. At the end of the contract, the CLIENT undertakes to return, at their own expense, any diffuser in their possession to AROMAESTRO or the authorized distributor. The CLIENT commits to ensuring that their diffuser is always connected to a Wi-Fi network to ensure its operation. The diffuser is guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract and will be replaced in case of defects with another diffuser, at the expense of AROMAESTRO or the authorized distributor. The installation of the new diffuser by the CLIENT will be at their own expense. This warranty only covers parts and labor related to normal and proper use of the diffuser. Any abusive, inappropriate, or non-compliant use is not covered by the warranty, nor is fire, theft, or vandalism. For the entire duration of the contract, the CLIENT will be responsible to AROMAESTRO or the authorized distributor for any damage to the diffuser that does not result from normal use. The maximum cost of the diffuser shall correspond to the current purchase price ($794.95), plus applicable taxes. AROMAESTRO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the diffuser. This contract is governed by the laws of Quebec.

Deposit

A deposit of $300.00 per diffuser rental is required. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental or upon request within 24 months of the deposit, provided no damage has occurred.

Payment

The CLIENT agrees to pay all amounts due using one of the following payment methods: Credit card, Monthly billing, Annual billing. All amounts due are payable in advance. Interest of 1½% per month (18% per year) will be applied to any unpaid balance. Applicable taxes will be added to each payment.

Renewal

Unless written notice is provided 30 days before the renewal date, the contract will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. The CLIENT agrees to pay the rate in effect at the time of renewal.

Terms of purchase

Duration

The initial duration of the subscription is 36 months from the date of order. In the event of termination, the CLIENT agrees to pay the full amount due for the remaining duration of the subscription. After the 36-month period, the subscription may be terminated upon written notice.

The CLIENT commits to ensuring that their diffuser is always connected to a Wi-Fi network to enable automatic replenishment. An email alert will be sent when the refill is nearing the end of its use.

The CLIENT agrees to pay all amounts due using one of the following payment methods: Credit card, Monthly billing, Annual billing. All amounts due are payable in advance. Interest of 1½% per month (18% per year) will be applied to any unpaid balance. Applicable taxes will be added to each payment.
